The Lady Titans and the Lady Lions shared wins in the CNC League opening match-up, Monday in Baxter Springs. Columbus scored early and held off the Lady Lions to win the first game, 6-3. Baxter Springs scored five runs in the third inning of the night cap and held the Lady Titans to just five hits in the game for a 6-2 victory in the split.
