St. Mary’s-Colgan Senior, Doug Brown, won the Kansas Class 3A State Championship in Long Jump with a leap of 22 feet, .5 inches at Wichita State University’s Cessna Stadium, May 28. The senior placed fourth in the 200 Meter Dash and the Triple Jump.
