Kelli Weaver, Baxter Springs resident and member of the Wisconsin Ho-Chunk Nation, visited Johnston Public Library on Thursday morning. Mrs. Weaver discussed Native American tribes, traditions, and powwow regalia. The free children’s program was part of the “Tails and Tales” Summer Reading Program.
