  • In 1920 the Baxter Springs Golf and Country Club opened as a private club, three years ago they became a public club when they joined the Baxter Springs Chamber of Commerce. In the early years of the club included tennis courts and a swimming pool along with the golf course. While the tennis courts no longer exist, the club is still open for business and ready to serve you during your next round of golf or celebration.

    When the golf club opened in 1920 it was a private club with only the golf course with the addition of a swimming pool in the 1950s.
