The Columbus Lady Titan Golf Team placed second at the Columbus Invitational held at the Brush Creek Golf Course, Thursday. In addition to the second place team finish, sophomore, Reese Grundy placed sixth to medal with a 51 on the nine-hole course and freshman, Mallory Thompson played tenth after winning a tie breaker, shooting 60 on the day. Team members are: Coach Ernie Vaughn, Alyvia Soper, Mallory Thompson, Kenlyn Christiansen, Hannah Daniels, Reese Grundy and Destiny Lima.
The Lady Titans placed second in the Columbus Invitational, Thursday, at the Brush Creek Golf Course. St. Mary’s-Colgan was first with 170 total strokes followed by Columbus with 246 strokes and Frontenac in third with a 262 total.
