The Columbus Mini Basketball League opened their season Saturday, hosting the Galena League. Games were held at the Red Iron Activity Center in Columbus.
Galena won both third grade boy’s games, scoring 14 points in each contest. Columbus came up just short in the losses, 10-14 and 8-14.
The Mini Titans won the boys fourth grade bouts, 8-6; 8-6.
Columbus dominated the fifth grade boys game, 22-3.
