The Central Titan Eighth Grade Team opened their 2022 season, Tuesday, January 4, hosting College Heights Christian School, Joplin, Mo. The Cougars won the game, 48-29, led by Cannon Miller’s 13 points.
Columbus took the early lead getting five points from Jett Tanner in the first quarter. Cooper Bush and Jayden Rodriguez each added a basket for a 9-5 lead at the end of the period.
