The Columbus Titan Baseball Team took the field at Tointon Family Stadium on the campus of Kansas State University for the Kansas Class 3A State Baseball Championship game against Wichita Collegiate High School, Friday evening. The game was a first in Titan Baseball history but came up just short of the goal to win state, settling for state runner-up following a 10-3 loss.
