Colleen Mercer, 60, Baxter Springs, died at 6:37 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2024 at Freeman West Hospital, in Joplin, Missouri.She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Patricia (Patty) Hayes.Survivors include twin daughters, Brittany (husband Ray) Slimp of Baxter Springs, and Brelee Mercer of Anchorage, Alaska; as well as one sister, Brenda Colon of Joplin, Missouri....
