Connie Jo Kay, 74, Breese, Illinois, and formerly of Mound Valley died Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Breese Nursing Home in Breese.
Born February 27, 1949, in Parsons, Connie was the daughter of Ralph and Wanda (Cramer) Dessenbeger. She grew up and attended school in the Mound Valley area, graduating from Labette County High School in 1967.
