Steven Thomas McNemar, 66, Columbus, Kansas, died Friday, September 6, 2024 in Columbus.
Born Saturday, February 15, 1958 in Columbus, Steven was the son of the late Ruth (Murray) and Paul Walter McNemar. Steven worked in packing and shipping at Ace Electric and was an avid sports fan. He was a loyal Columbus Titans fan and enjoyed going to any of the high school sporting events. His other sports interests included collecting KC Royals memorabilia and attending MSSU and PSU football and basketball games. He held membership at First Christian Church in Columbus.
Survivors include his twin brother Stanley McNemar of Columbus; his cousins Evan McNemar (wife Lucille) and Jim Bull all of Columbus; a host of other cousins also survive.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Derfelt Funeral Home of Columbus. Graveside services were held Wednesday, September 11 at 1 p.m. at Park Cemetery in Columbus. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to the Titans Booster Club, in care of the funeral home.
