Tracy Lynn Lewis, 57, Welch, Okla., died early Wednesday morning, November 6, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Mo.
Born January 14, 1967 in Oswego, Tracy was the daughter of Merle Edwin Neil, Jr. and Phyllis (Mullens) Neil. She was a high school graduate. She had worked at the grocery store in Welch, Okla.
Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Ronnie Neil.
Survivors include daughter, Shelby Lewis and sister, Kerri Sayers, both of Welch, Okla; and a granddaughter, Luna Riley.
At this time, no services will be held. Arrangements were entrusted to the Thomas and Chenoweth Funeral Home in Welch, Okla.
