The Baxter Springs 13/14U Junior League Baseball Team returned from the Midwest Regional in Midland, Michigan with a 1-2 record. The Kansas All-Stars lost to Michigan, 2-12 in their first game, August 6.
They stayed alive in the double elimination bracket with a win over Kentucky, 13-3, in the Sunday, August 7, match-up.
The Midland (Host) Team sent the locals home, Monday, after a 15-6, defeat.
