Central Junior High School kicked of their season with a quadrangular meet in Galena with Riverton and Baxter Springs, Thursday.
Three of the four Columbus teams placed second. Both girls’ squads, seventh grade (106 team points), eighth grade (86 points) and the eighth grade boys’ team (108 points). Central Seventh Grade Boys placed third with 100 team points.
