The Girard Lady Trojans, 21-2, represented the CNC League in the Kansas Class 3A State Tournament as the fifth seed in the 2025 basketball postseason play. But their appearance was short lived when they were eliminated by the fourth seed, Silver Lake, 21-2, in the quarterfinal game, Wednesday, 56-45.The loss knocked Girard out of the tournament and ended their season with a 21-3 record....
