The Galena Bulldogs pulled off the biggest upset of week six with a, 14-13, district one, win over undefeated Parsons. The win puts the Bulldogs at the top of the leader board for the Kansas Class 3A, District 1 standings with a 3-0 district record and one contest remaining against Frontenac in week eight.
Frontenac’s big win over Baxter Springs, 51-7, was their second district win to move to 2-0.
