Lady Titans eliminated at sub-state
The Columbus Lady Titans were eliminated from the Kansas Class 3A Sub-State by Neodesha, Friday night, in a close battle that ended in a Lady Blue Streak win, 52-47.
Columbus was the fifth seed coming into the tournament with an 8-11 regular season record. They came from behind to upset the number four seeded, Riverton, 8-10, Tuesday to earn a slot in the semi-final matchup.
