Lady Titan Freshman, Grace Major, took the mound for the final three innings of the Kansas Class 3A Regional loss to Galena, 6-0 at Pittsburg State University’s Softball Complex. Grace had five strike outs and no hits in her appearance.
Katie Simpson, Lady Titan Freshman, had two of the three Columbus hits in the Thursday loss to Galena, 0-6, in the Kansas Class 3A Regional at the Pittsburg State University Softball Complex. Simpson takes a lead off at third during the first inning following her single to right field and a sacrifice bunt by junior Lily Mooney.

They had unfinished business when the Galena Lady Bulldogs eliminated the Lady Titans in the semifinal game of the Kansas Class 3A Regional Tournament, 6-0, at the Pittsburg State University Softball Complex.
