Titan of the Week
The Columbus Unified High School Lady Titan Golf Team hosted their season opener, Columbus Invitational, Thursday, at the Brush Creek Golf Course. Led by Cali Carpino, who placed second in individual scoring, the Lady Titans placed second in the team standings, three strokes behind Caney Valley. Team members are: Coach Jerry Smiley, Fallon Smiley, freshman; Natalie Wary, junior: Hannah Noel, junior; Amory Neely, junior; Cali Carpino, freshman; and Addison Johnson, freshman.

The Columbus Unified High School Titan Band Seniors were introduced during the annual Meet the Titan Night at the CUHS Gymnasium, August 22. Back row: Jacianna Heflin, Gabe Edwards, Natalie Edmondson, India Daniels, Trinity Adoremos, Katelyn Draeger, and Trinity Green. Front row: Ava Hulvey, Mackenzie Richards, Morgan Richards, Darcy Garrett and Piper Hayes. The band will be performing at the halftime of all Titan home football games beginning September 19. The homecoming parade will be September 26.
