The Columbus Cal Ripken 10U All-Stars begin their Kansas District 5 Tournament tonight in Parsons. Columbus Unified High School Senior Students receiving the Great Gorilla Scholarship from Pittsburg State University Representative, Colin Coronado are: Darcy Garrett ($3,000), Kiara Goff ($1,500), Hunter Ruddick ($3,000), Trinity Green ($4000), and Austin Ash ($1,500). The scholarships were awarded at the CUHS Senior Assembly, May 15, at the high school gymnasium. Trinity Green also received a PSU Gibson Brunson Scholarship in the amount of $700.
