Amory Neely, Hannah Noel, Emily Britt, Adalynn Hutto, Brooklyn Collingsworth, Cara Altis, Tatum Kirk and Gemma Hidalgo earned 120.5 team points to place second in a field of 26 teams. Members of the Columbus Unified High School Senior Class have been named to the 2025 Winter Homecoming Court. Queen candidates on the front row are: Casey Dietz, Kenadie Carter, Allison Burns, and Chloe Rogers. Senior escorts for the candidates are: Lydon Lovesee, Maddox Ochsner, Rece Ponce, and Korbyn Newberry. The 2025 queen will be crowned during ceremonies at the CUHS home basketball game, Friday, at half time of the boys varsity game against Frontenac at the high school gymnasium..
Titan Senior, Jett Tanner, scored on back-to-back steals and layups in the Columbus, Lancer Classic, loss to Commerce, Okla., 50-65, Saturday, at Southeast High School. Jett led the team in scoring with 14 points.
