A one-vehicle accident occurred May 6 at approximately 3:30 p.m. near 8638 SE 90th, two miles south of Highway K66. A 2004 Chevrolet pickup driven by Thomas M. Sirbuly, 39, Galena, was traveling south on SE 90th. He went off the roadway to the right striking an embankment and was ejected. The vehicle came to a rest on SE 90th.
