Juanita Kathleen Lane, 42, was arrested Sunday by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, unlawful registration, vehicle liability insurance required, interference with Law Enforcement officers; obstruct or resist, driving under the influence and transporting an open container and is being held without bail.
