Dawn Theresa Mae Blades, 60, was arrested Wednesday by Baxter Springs Police officers on charges of possession of certain depressants and use or possess drug paraphernalia for use in the human body and was released on $945 bail.
Joseph Eugene Shinn, 45, was arrested Tuesday by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies on three counts of failure to appear and was released on $3,105 bail.
