In their last official action before adjourning the two-hour long meeting Monday, Columbus City Council voted 3 to 1 to increase the speed limits on five city streets.
In August, Council member Misty Spear brought a list of areas with 20 Mile-per-hour speed limits she believed were unnecessarily slow.
