Making their first sale, the Columbus Land Bank has sold the property located at 201 Maple Street to Steven Burton.
Burton presented a plan to the Land Bank Board to build a structure that food trucks would park adjacent to. The building would become a cover for food purchasers.
He would also provide benches and tables for the customers.
Burton paid $1,500 for the lot owned by the Land Bank.
