A sale of the shopping center buildings in the Galena Hospital complex was completed last week. Manzer Family Medicine, LLC, Carthage, Mo., owner of the complex, since it was built, sold the property to Next Wave Real Estate Partners LLC, of St. Louis, Mo.
The building faces Highway 66 in the medical complex.
