Finding traces of human history is always an exciting experience. There’s something extra special, about discovering a site or artifact. Janet Hand has spent hours in the fields and along creek beds looking at the ground for prehistoric tools or Native American arrowheads. Walking the fields of Kansas, and the neighboring states, searching for arrowheads has been a lifelong obsession of Janet Hand.
