Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) plans to begin a sidewalk improvement project in the communities of Oswego, Chetopa and Baxter Springs, weather permitting. Project activity includes the installation of ADA ramps, curb and gutter, signs and pavement markings. Sidewalk will be removed at some locations.
