Timothy Gene Ristau, 59, was arrested Monday by Oswego Police officers on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and is being held in lieu of $878.50 bail.
Thomas Howard Kendall, 35, was arrested Saturday by Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks on charges of boating under the influence and boating and water skies and surfboards and was released on $1,783 bail.
