Deshaun Michael Stuckey, 35, was arrested Wednesday by Chetopa Police officers on charges of driving while suspended, vehicle liability insurance required and operating a vehicle without registration or with an expired tag and was released on $1,070 bail.
Michael Leon Smith,65, was arrested Monday for Neosho County Sheriff’s Deputies on a charge of failure to appear and was released on $3,500 bail.
