Amanda Lynn Parscale, 41, was arrested Sunday by Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, on charges of battery on Law Enforcement officers; physical contact with county or city officer on duty, disorderly conduct; brawling or fighting and domestic battery; knowing cause physical contact with family or dating relationship three or more times in five years and was released on $4,600 bail.
