Replacement of 55 fan coil units in the Cherokee County Courthouse to upgrade the heating and cooling systems throughout the building was approved at a recent meeting of the County Commission.
The contract was awarded to North Point Boiler and Combustion in the amount of $477,356 which includes $15,000 for insulation repairs.
