The Cherokee County Register of Deeds announced Monday that 109 deeds were mailed to the buyers of property at the July 18, 2023 delinquent property tax sale.
This put the 109 parcels back on the tax rolls for the county, school districts and cities. The sales bring a carnival atmosphere as bidders are anxious to buy properties at bargain prices.
