The resurfacing work at Baxter Springs has been delayed by the Kansas Department of Transportation.
A mill and overlay and resurfacing of Military Avenue, in Baxter Springs from the south city limits to the north city limits and 12th Street, from the west city limits to the east city limits.
The work was scheduled to begin August 24 but has been postponed until September.
