The Cherokee County Delinquent property auction is now set for July 18 at 1 p.m. in the District Court Room. Any owner of a property that is in this auction has until the day before the sale to redeem their property.
This is the first of three sales planned for this year.
You must be registered by 4:30 p.m. the day before the sale to be able to purchase property.
