Casino revenue has slight increase in July

A July revenue of $3,529,821 was reported by Kansas Crossing Casino to the Cherokee County Clerk. This was a slight increase over June’s revenue and the July 2024 revenue.

Carl Junction man killed in semi, truck accident

A fatality accident occurred Wednesday at approximately 9:53 p.m.A 2018 Toyota Tacoma driven by Dale L. Fillenwarth, 70, Carl Junction, Mo., was traveling north on Southeast 118th Street.
