Lack of rain caused flurry of activities

Another school year is right around the corner for the kids in our community. Summers with my kids always go so fast given all of their activities as well as farm responsibilities.This summer has been a flurry of movement given that we haven’t seen rain since June.

Dallas Dean Casey, 42, was arrested Friday by Oswego Police officers on charges of interference with law enforcement officer, possession of paraphernalia and possess opiates, opium, narcotic drug and certain stimulants and is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
