Shortly after 4 p.m. Friday, February 16, Crawford County Sheriff’s office began to receive calls about shots being fired at a residence in the 300 block of Brunetti Drive in Mc-Cune. Initial reports said that one person had been shot.

A two-vehicle accident occurred on Highway U59 at Jothi Avenue near Parsons February 13 at approximately 3:29 p.m. A 2015 Kia Soul driven by Clay W. Walker, 53, Oswego, was traveling south on U59. A 2000 Honda Accord driven by Ayvri E. Nash, 18, Parsons, was traveling east on 22000 Road.

Galena Police officers investigated a report of driving under the influence at 612 E. 5th St. November 27, 2023. Galena Police officers were dispatched to 203 N. Main to investigate a report of possession of stolen property. Item recovered was a box trailer valued at approximately $5,500.
