Glenda C. Norman, 86 of Baxter Springs, died Monday, August 1, 2022 at Freeman Hospital, in Joplin, Mo. Born January 16, 1936 in Picher, Oklahoma, Glenda was the daughter of Paul and Marie (Jordan) Hewkin. Glenda graduated from Picher High School with the class of 1954.
