During awards night at the Cherokee County Fair, Emma Walker was presented with the Callee Hensen Memorial award. The award was presented to Walker by the Hensen family.
Improvements at Columbus Mercy Hospital were on the top for discussion during the Columbus Mercy Auxiliary meeting July 19 at St. Rose Parish Hall. After the meeting was called to order by President Janie Jarrett followed by the members reciting the Flag salute. Mary Brumback read the Auxiliary prayer. Twenty-two members answered roll call.
