Columbus city and Columbus Unified School District taxpayers receiving their “revenue neutral” notice may be a bit surprised when they see the proposed tax rates. What they will see is their City tax has been cut by 28 mils and there is no tax at all on the school districts capital outlay fund. The was no budget for the school bond and no levy for the City Recreation Department.
