The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) expects to start a mill and overlay project in Baxter Springs on Tuesday, September 6, weather permitting. The following highways will be resurfaced:
U.S. 69 (Military Avenue), from the south city limits to the north city limits.
U.S 166 (12th Street), from the west city limits to the east city limits.
Flaggers and a pilot car will guide one-lane traffic…
