The RISE Center, an SEK Interlocal #637 facility, located in Columbus, has been given a new library.
This donation was made in memory and honor of Frank and Thelma Hermann of Garnett. Cathy Krause, a RISE Center employee, and daughter of the Hermann’s, proposed the plan and once approved, put it into action.
