Employees of USD 493 will receive a $600 retention incentive for those employed by the district through November 1.
In presenting the incentive to the Board of Education proposal to the board Superintendent Dr. Brian Smith suggested the board approve the incentive to recognize the work of the staff this year.
The board unanimously approved the incentive.
