Louise Romine, 105, of Oswego died January 12, 2023. She was born January 20, 1917 in Montana, Kansas, Louise was the daughter of Carlos Bradfield Sr., and Martha “Mattie” (Cook) Bradfield. She was the oldest of eight children.
