Convicted murderer Crystal Galloway’s appeal was upheld by the Kansas Supreme Court last week changing two of her three convictions to run concurrent with her murder conviction.
The court ruled that the judge erred in the sentencing as her convictions for arson and interference with law enforcement. Sentencing guidelines prescribe those sentences were to run concurrent with the murder conviction.
