Life Christian school continued their dominance of the Midstates Christian League Academic competition with a close 58-54 victory over Bethel Christian of Ottawa Friday in the Junior division (age 12 and under), hosted by Life Christian School. It was the 15th win in a row dating back to 2009 and the 33rd for the locals in the 36-year history of the competition.
