The Kent Radcliff Memorial Law Enforcement Award was presented to Cherokee County Sheriff David Groves on Saturday evening, by Kansas State Rifle Association President Travis Couture-Lovelady.
Sheriff Groves was nominated for the award as a result of the successful statewide effort led last year amending the Kansas State Constitution to preserve the elected office of Sheriff.
