The former Decades of Wheels seven building complex on Military Avenue in Downtown Baxter Springs has been sold.
A Joplin organization known as Americana Asset Group LLC has purchased the nearly one-block collection of buildings from Decades of Wheels LLC for a price exceeding onemillion dollars. The sale was recorded on August 25.
